About Me

I am in fact Chinese.  I was born and raised in the state of Misery,  AKA Missouri, the Big MO, Show-Me State, etc. I recently graduated from William Chrisman High School with honors. And I am currently a first-year at William Jewell College. I am majoring in Nursing and hope to specialize in pediatrics or surgery.

I’m an avid tennis fan, and I pay a lot of attention to professional tennis. My favorite player would have to be Federer, hands down. Next would probably be Roddick then Clijsters. She’s so poised!! And most of my friends know I can’t stand Nadal– don’t get me started on him! My favorite Grand Slam tourney would have to be Wimbledon, then US Open, Rolland Garros, and the Aussie Open. I hope to be able to see a match at one of those one day.

As well as being a tennis nut, I am also a violinist. I’m not sure what I would be without music in my life. It makes my heart happy, as cliche as that sounds. I can always count on it to make me feel better. I like listening to most genres of music as well, including, but not limited to, Classical, Pop, Alternative, and even Country.

I’m a HUGE fan of Harry Potter, the MIZZOU Tigers, and the color blue. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my friends, shopping

, being a bum, as well as sleeping. My favorite ice cream flavor is chocolate chip cookie dough, and I will do just about anything to go to Chick-Fil-A or Chipotle. And also despite those Asian stereotypes, I’m not all that great at math.

I hope to travel the world one day. My first destination would have to be London! Some of my friends consider me a little obsessed with English culture. For example I like speaking with a British accent and I was quite enthralled with the Royal Wedding stuff. Also my favorite tennis tourney is Wimbledon (as mentioned above), and one of my favorite movies is The Kings Speech. Maybe I should have been English instead of American….
